This page summarizes the written service agreement VES Administrative Management Group LLC (“VES”) provides to every post before enrollment. The signed agreement controls. Nothing on this page is the agreement itself.

Every sponsor dollar VES collects on the post’s behalf is forwarded to the post. VES keeps zero sponsorship revenue. This clause appears in the signed agreement. VES’s compensation for this program is separate (Section 3) and is never deducted from sponsor money.
Visitors to the post’s site and events may separately and voluntarily opt in to request introductions to vetted local providers (home care, senior real estate, legal, financial). Where permitted, those providers pay VES a fee for these requested introductions. Referrals happen only on an explicit opt-in. Post member and community contact information is never sold. Free VA benefits help is provided through accredited VSOs and is never a paid lead. Provider fees are separate from post sponsorships.
Officers approve the information published (site content, event details), hall availability and bookings, and the calling process for renewal reminders. VES operates the system; the post controls it.
Sponsorships, rentals, attendance, and renewals are not guaranteed. Illustrations of typical income are estimates, not promises. Usage allowances, any additional charges, payment handling, and cancellation terms are defined in the written agreement before enrollment.
VES is an independent provider. Post emblems and branding (including The American Legion emblem) are used only with the post’s own authorization, per The American Legion’s brand guidelines.
