VES Administrative Management Group LLC

Who you would actually be working with

Not an agency floor. One operator who spent fifteen years being held responsible for whether systems actually worked.

Brian Sinclair

I spent fifteen years running IT and infrastructure programme delivery inside a multi-billion-dollar producer. Plant systems, network builds, migrations, integrations - the kind of work where the deadline is real, the people using it did not ask for it, and nobody is impressed by the technology. They just want their shift to run.

That is the same job as this one. A business losing calls on a Saturday does not have an AI problem. It has an operations problem that AI happens to be the cheapest fix for right now. My value to you is not that I can wire up a voice agent - plenty of people can. It is that I have spent fifteen years finding out where work actually leaks, which is a different skill from building the patch.

I am a U.S. Navy veteran. I registered VES Administrative Management Group LLC in January 2026. We are early in this line of work and we do not pretend otherwise - what you get instead of a wall of logos is direct access to the person doing the work, and a written plan with your numbers in it before you commit to anything.

Find the leak, close it, prove it closed. Everything else is decoration.

How we operate

Diagnose before prescribing

The discovery call is questions, not a pitch. You get a written plan showing what the problem is costing you and what closing it is worth, before any money changes hands.

Build it so it survives us

Accounts are provisioned in your name and you get a written runbook. A system your team cannot operate without us is a liability we sold you, not an asset.

Say no when it is a no

If the numbers do not clear comfortably, or the fix is a process change rather than software, we will tell you that on the call and not invoice you for it.

Have a conversation first

Fifteen minutes on the phone costs you nothing and tells us both whether there is anything here worth building.
