Every year, an estimated $8 billion in veteran benefits goes unclaimed. Existing solutions are fragmented, expensive, or inaccessible. First responders navigate pension complexity alone. Teachers lose thousands to PSLF mistakes they could have avoided.
VES Administrative Management Group was built to change that. WriteOffOS is our first active, revenue-generating product, with a staged pipeline of additional tools in development to give public servants the financial tools they have earned.

Founded by Brian Sinclair
Brian Sinclair is a service-connected veteran who spent years watching fellow public servants leave money on the table — not from lack of effort, but from lack of tools. He founded VES Administrative Management Group LLC in January 2026 to close that gap systematically, one revenue-generating product at a time.
