These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vesmg.com and the services provided by VES Administrative Management Group LLC ("Company").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on vesmg.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on vesmg.com are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitations

In no event shall VES Administrative Management Group LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on vesmg.com.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on vesmg.com could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on vesmg.com are accurate, complete, or current.

6. Modifications

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Service Terms, Guarantees & Refunds

For purchases of VES services, subscriptions, and builds (including Stripe checkout):

  • Monthly service plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. No long-term contract.
  • One-time purchases and setup fees are non-refundable except as stated in the written service agreement you receive before payment.
  • No free trial: VES does not offer a free trial period for its services. Any reference to a trial on a third-party site is not valid.
  • No delivery guarantee: VES does not guarantee a specific go-live date or that the system will produce a particular business result. Scope and costs are agreed in writing before work begins.
  • Benchmark commitments are defined in writing before work starts; if a stated benchmark is not met, the fix is on us until it is.
  • Hardware purchases (e.g., AuctionVision glasses) follow the manufacturer warranty; prescription lens orders add vendor lead time.
  • Email → Video prepaid credits are sold as final: no refunds once purchased. Credits never expire, and every script renders a free watermarked preview before a credit is spent, so you can check quality before paying a credit. A final render that fails on our side automatically refunds its credit. Purchases are governed by this Section 8; where it conflicts with any other section, Section 8 controls.
