How We Hire
VES AMG is bootstrapped and Phase-gated. We do not hire speculatively. When a product reaches the revenue milestone that justifies a role, we hire for that role — and not a moment earlier.
Phase 1 (current): founder + contract engineers. Phase 2 (triggered at $10K+ MRR): first full-time hires in engineering and growth. Phase 3: dedicated product managers and data.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Phase 1Contract → Full-time
Build and maintain the VES portfolio products — Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure. You will work directly with the founder and own significant product surface area.
Growth & Partnerships
Phase 2Contract
Own outbound partnership development for WriteOffOS and VestOS. Target syndicators, VSOs, and CPA firms. Commission-based initially, moving to base + equity at Phase 2.
Data & Analytics
Phase 2Phase 2 Hire
Build the data infrastructure that powers product decisions across the portfolio. Revenue analytics, churn modeling, and deduction discovery pipeline optimization.
